Samory Beauty is a beauty boutique offering fragrances, cosmetics, haircare, skincare, and makeup, with stores in Kigali, Rwanda. The website is operated by Impact Business Ltd.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or other users' enjoyment of it.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate, current information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We aim to display our products, prices, and availability accurately. Prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and may vary by size and variant — for example, the same fragrance may have different prices for 50ml and 100ml, or for an Eau de Parfum versus an EDP Intense.

Stock and prices can change without notice, and an item showing as available may sell out before your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Online checkout is launching soon. For now, you can build your cart on the website and send your list to our team by WhatsApp or email. We then confirm availability and the total, and you pay by mobile money to the number we share. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment is received.

If you need a receipt with a business name and TIN, let us know the details when you order and we'll include them.

We deliver within Kigali by motorbike courier, and you can also collect your order in-store at either of our branches. Delivery times and fees are confirmed when we process your order.

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.

All products sold by Samory Beauty are 100% authentic and sourced from authorised channels.
